Administration Assistant @GoWestSailing
We are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our ever-expanding team.
This is a part time position (20hrs per week) Monday to Thursday and the hours can be flexible between 9am and 5pm and working from our office in Largs Marina.
As a family fun company who prides itself on customer service, this is a vital role focusing mainly on creation of bookings, email handling, invoicing, basic bookkeeping and sending joining Instructions for upcoming bookings. Excellent customer care skills and eye for detail are essential.

- • Knowledge of the boating industry and marinas or willingness to learn
- • IT and organisational skills
- • A good educational standard
Addition Information:
A highly customer-oriented role, to assist with the daily administration across both of our bases in Largs and Canaries for RYA Courses, charter and Adventure Sails on Global Surveyor. Full training and development provided.
